Clarification on Idle Times

I would like to comment on the feature where Chester Stone Batnag won an award from the title of the feature “Visually Impaired …” It is very true that Chester “blind poet” is a regular contributor of the idle times. But it is not true that the Idle Times is produced by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG). It is personally produced by yours truly and Rodel Galleto who are presently working at DILG. It is in no way that the DILG (department) as a whole financed, contributed, or anyway has something to do with the Idle Times. I believe assume that an erratum be published regarding the matter the soonest possible time.
