BSU holds Search for Alumni Awards |

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet (May 26) — In line with its 90th Founding Anniversary Celebration in June, the Benguet State University (BSU) announces the Search for Alumni Awards, dubbed as Kalsa Awards. The Kalsa Awards is given in recognition to the outstanding accomplishments of BSU’s alumni for the last 15 years. It is divided into two categories, namely, the Most Distinguished Alumnus and the Distinguished Alumnus Awards. The Most Distinguished Alumnus Award is the highest award of distinction given by BSU to an alumnus who has excelled in and outside of his/her academic degree or field at the international level, while the Distinguished Alumnus Award is given to an alumnus who has excelled in his/her academic degree or field at the local and national levels. BSU employees, BSU alumni, legitimate groups / organizations in and outside BSU, and other interested individuals may submit their nominees to the BSU Board Secretary’s Office, 2nd floor, BSU Administration Building. Nomination requirements include duly accomplished nomination forms highlighting the reasons for the nomination; and nominee’s bio-data, proof of graduation (elementary, secondary, undergraduate, graduate, with degrees obtained, year graduated and specialization), a certificate of no pending administrative or criminal charges, any record of performance ratings, and attachments. Nominations, along with other requirements must be submitted to the Board Secretary’s Office on or before 5 PM on May 31, 2006. Information and/or queries may be coursed through Ms. Grace T.
