Mayor orders survey of public lots BAGUIO CITY (Feb. 3) — Mayor Braulio Yaranon last week authorized the City Land Needs Identification Survey Team to conduct official survey of all lots identified for city and barangay needs even if these are subject of town site sales applications (TSAs) by private individuals. This move was in consideration that private individuals’ applications processing and awarding are pending due to the cut-off date on the suspension of the processing of TSA applications. In Administrative Order No. 22, Yaranon said the authorization is to enable the survey team to speed up addressing the city government’s land requirements. The verification focuses on TSAs and miscellaneous sales applications (MSA) over lots within the Forbes Park reservation along South Drive, Sto. Tomas, Government Center and other critical and protected areas. Overlapping applications covering lots identified for the city needs are up for review. # Aileen P. In Administrative Order No. 21, the mayor said there is a need to extend the period for compliance for these establishments due to their big number and lack of advance notice. However, Yaranon maintained that these establishments could be closed anytime once they violate the provisions of the Liquor Ordinance. # Aileen P.
