Baguio’s 12 best gov’t employees honored

BAGUIO CITY (Sept. 23) — Twelve outstanding city government employees were honored during the annual celebration of the 105th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary at thePrincePlaza Hotel on September 23, here.

The outstanding employees are Lagrimas R. Rabanes (accounting office), Democrito R. Monsalud, Jr (assessor’s office), Stephen A. Capuyan (buildings and architecture office), Luz L. Perez (civil registry office), Richard Benjamin L. Lardizabal (engineering office), Alexander O. Collantes (city environment and parks management office), Arnulfo R. Baldos (general services office), Florecita T. Marrero (health services office), Sabado B. Ugalde (human resource management office), Jonathan M. Fontanos (sangguniang panlungsod), Miller D. Balisongen (social welfare office) and Carmen C. Remorque (treasury office).

Aside from the 12, 116 employees were given loyalty awards, 8 were cited for finishing masteral degrees and three others for bachelor of laws degrees.

Twenty eight outstanding employees of month, from August 2004 to July 2005 were also be among the awardees during the program.

This year’s outstanding employees of the year were selected from 28 nominees from the different departments of the city government. # via NORDIS
