Beng’t gov’t comes to aid of PUJ drivers
LA TRINIDAD, Benguet (May 5) — The Benguet provincial board had agreed to adopt the proposed resolution asking the city government of Baguio to allow the Baguio-Mangga jeepney route to park in a designated parking area in the city.
The said resolution was in response to a letter the provincial board received from the Baguio Mangga Operators and Drivers Association (BMODA).
BMODA wrote the letter to ask help from the provincial government after the Baguio City council approved Resolution No. 008 s. 2008 banning the Baguio city- Mangga via Tuding and Baguio – Gold Creek route to park anywhere in the city of Baguio due to questions in the legality of their franchises. # Mary Grace M.
